A federal report finds University of Michigan continues to violate a law requiring wheelchair accessibility at its football stadium.

The university has 10 days to respond to the Department of Education. It risks losing millions in financial aid if it doesn't comply.

University spokeswoman Kelly Cunningham says the university disagrees with its findings and is complying with the law.

She says a $226 million renovation of the stadium will continue, and those plans include adding handicap-accessible seats. She says that project is unrelated to allegations in the report.

The university faces a lawsuit filed by the Michigan Paralyzed Veterans of America alleging the current design is inaccessible and the renovation won't fix the problem.
