This much is known: Michael Edison will not be the head coach of the Plymouth Pilgrims. Edison admitted to improper use of a school computer earlier this month.
There were reports that Edison was fired, but a release from the Plymouth School Corporation indicated that Edison had decided to resign.
Edison was an all-state player for the Pilgrims and then attended Bethel College.
He succeeded his father, Jack, as head coach after Plymouth captured the state title last spring in Indianapolis.
