NorthWood wins Week 1's 16 Spirit Award
In an odd twist that gives NorthWood back-to-back Spirit Award wins as they captured the final 16 Spirit Award of 2010.

The NorthWood Panthers are clearly building off some momentum from the end of 2010. NorthWood kicked off 2011 with a dominating 28-2 win over Jimtown Friday night at Andrews Field.
Now the Panthers are taking home week 1's 16 Spirit Award, for showing the most school spirit on Friday Night Football. In an odd twist that gives NorthWood back-to-back Spirit Award wins as they captured the final 16 Spirit Award of 2010.
The Panthers received 39% of the vote, beating out Bremen which had 29% of the vote. Mishawaka had 15%, Riley 10% and Central 7%.
NorthWood receives a plaque and check for $100 from Pizza Hut for showing the most school spirit on Friday Night Football.
Led by Bowling Green bound Coy Brown, NorthWood hosts Culver Academy this week.
