Buchanan wins 16 Spirit Award for Week 6
Buchanan lost its first game of the season at the hands of undefeated Edwardsburg, but they still came away with the 16 Spirit Award.

They didn't win the game, but the Buchanan Bucks did win something!
The Bucks took home the 16 Spirit Award for Week 6 for the showing the most school spirit on last week's edition on Friday Night Football. Buchanan lost its first game of the season at the hands of undefeated Edwardsburg.
The Bucks, now 3-1, receive a plaque and check from Pizza Hut for their spirited efforts. They have another huge game this Friday Night when they go on the road to Berrien Springs. The Shamrocks are undefeated.
The Buchanan players are calling this "championship week" knowing that a loss would eliminate their chances of capturing the Lakeland Conference Title.
