Lobster- Fontina Nachos



1 pound lobster meat, chopped
12 oz fontina cheese, grated or shredded
1 16oz bag restaurant style tortilla chips
8 oz alfredo sauce (favorite brand or recipe)
¼ cup red onion, fine dice
¼ cup red bell pepper, fine dice
½ bunch cilantro chopped (approximately 3 tablespoons)


Begin by laying out onto a glass or ceramic platter, ½ of the chips.

Scatter onto the chips, ½ of the lobster meat. Using a squeeze bottle, distribute approximately ½ of the alfredo sauce, followed by 1/2 of
the fontina.

Onto that scatter ½ of the onions and peppers.

Place remaining chips on top, and repeat the process of adding all of the remaining ingredients in the same order and methods as before.

Place in a 300* oven until cheese is melted, and all other ingredients are warmed through.

Approximately 10-12 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
