Easy Rocky Road Popcorn


1 bag (3 ounces) microwave popcorn
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup caramel pieces, or sugar babies
3/4 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips.


1. Pop the bag of popcorn and pour the popped corn out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and allow popcorn to cool to room temperature. Mix in nuts, caramel pieces, and marshmallows.

2. In a double boiler or in a microwave, melt chocolate chips.

3. Drizzle chocolate over popcorn, and allow chocolate to cool until set. It’s important to drizzle the chocolate evenly over entire mixture.

4. Break into clusters, and enjoy.
