Cave Man Apple Cobbler



2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp almond or peanut butter
2 Tbsp honey or agave syrup
2 Tbsp canned coconut milk (lite)
3 Tbsp chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp raisins
2 Tbsp golden raisins
1 Tbsp almond flour
Dash cinnamon
Dash salt


Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil to pan and when hot, add apple slices and walnuts. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring as you go to keep apples from burning. Next, add coconut milk, almond/peanut butter, honey/agave and raisins, and cook another 2-3 minutes while continuing to stir. Add cinnamon, salt and almond flour and mix thoroughly once more. Remove from heat and serve warm.
