Brain Power Blueberry Smoothie



2 cups blueberries
1 cup pomegranate juice (or milk, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk, coconut water or another 100% berry juice)
1 cup ice cubes
1 handful spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds (or flax seeds)
1 ripe banana, peeled
half of an avocado, peeled and pitted


Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice. Serve and enjoy!
