Berry Salsa with Baked Tortilla Dippers

3/4 cup raspberries
3/4 cup blackberries
3/4 cup blueberries
1 orange
1-2 Tbsp honey
3 whole wheat tortillas
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp cinnamon-sugar mixture

Wash and combine berries, gently mashing very slightly with fork, add to mixture 1 Tbsp orange zest and 2 Tbsp orange juice. Add honey and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Allow to sit for 30 minutes so flavors can marry.

Meanwhile, make tortilla strips. Using a basting brush, spread over the top of each tortilla butter, then sprinkle with a pinch of orange zest. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and stack tortillas on top of each other. Use a pizza cutter and cut into desired size strips before wrapping loosely in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until nice and crispy. Serve strips warm with a bowl of berry salsa for dipping.
