Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup + ¼ cup grated parmesan
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
Optional: 4 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
Chips or crackers to dip

Directions

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, ½ cup parmesan and jalapenos in a bowl and pour into a baking dish. Mix the panko crumbs, bacon crumbles and ¼ cup parmesan together and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until sides are bubbling and cheese has melted and top is golden grown.

Note: This can also be made in a small crockpot!
Follow same instructions and cook on low approximately 1 ½ hours. Also, try this on the grill! Use an aluminum pie plate and cook on one side (or above if you have a shelf) the rest of your meal. This will cook VERY fast if your grill is hot, so keep an eye on it!
