1 lb. Sushi Grade Tuna, ¼” dice
1 sm. Tomato, ¼” dice
1 Haas Avocado, ¼” dice
½ Chayote Squash, peeled, ¼” dice
½ med. Red Onion, ¼” dice
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
4 Scallions, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, pasted
Salt and Pepper to taste
Juice from 5 Limes
** Seasonal fruit (Peach, Plum, Mango, Watermelon, Papaya, Citrus, etc.) Optional
**Olive Oil drizzle, Optional
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for Tuna, Avocado and Lime Juice.
Twenty minutes before serving, add Tuna and lime juice, and toss gently.
Add Avocado at the last possible moment before service.
