KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) -- Florida was the focus of both presidential candidates Wednesday, and Barack Obama is sticking around for one more event before he leaves.
He'll kick things off with a late-morning rally in Sarasota before campaigning in Virginia and Missouri later Thursday.
And while several polls show John McCain fading away in the swing states he must win to get elected president, it might be appropriate that he's beginning his day in Defiance. That's Defiance, Ohio, one of the states won by President Bush in 2004. It's the first of multiple rallies McCain has scheduled across the northern part of the state.
Polls suggest McCain will have a tough time winning Tuesday if he doesn't pick up Ohio's electoral votes.
