Barack Obama spent Sunday campaigning in the West. He spoke to a crowd of supporters in Denver Sunday afternoon.
He addressed the McCain claim that Obama would continue Bush's policies.
"In what may be the strangest twist of a strange general election campaign, Senator McCain said that I would somehow continue the Bush economic policies -- despite the fact that I've opposed them even before I got to the United States Senate -- and that he, John McCain, would change George Bush's economic policies," Obama said.
Colorado backed President Bush in the last two elections, but a CNN poll shows Obama with a seven-point lead there.
