Ind. Democrats set meetings on right-to-work bill

Democratic members of the Indiana House who are protesting the Republican-backed right-to-work bill have scheduled three public meetings about the bill around the state for this weekend.

A party spokesman says area Democratic legislators and labor union officials are expected to take part in the three sessions. Those meetings are:

- Fort Wayne: 2 p.m. Saturday at the Public Safety Academy.

- Gary: 10 a.m. Sunday at Teamsters Local 142.

- Evansville: 2 p.m. Sunday at C.K. Newsome Center.
