The "Right to Work" legislation battle that fired up Hoosiers nearly a year ago, and ultimately led to democratic lawmakers leaving the statehouse for Illinois, is coming back in 2012.

Many say it appears as though some are trying to curb protestors from flooding the statehouse.

Thousands flooded the statehouse last year during protests.

But state police, Homeland security officials and the state fire marshal's office have decided to cap the number of people who can be inside the statehouse at 3,000.

That includes the 1,700 employees who work in the building. So, the number of non-employees who could assemble on any given day would range between 1,000 and 1,500.

House Democratic Minority Leader Pat Bauer says the policy is intended to prevent Hoosiers from protesting Right to Work next year.

The Indiana AFL-CIO is also balking at the limits.
