16 Curb Appeal winners learn which plants will grace their yard

Shopping for plants can be a tricky task, especially if you have no idea what you are looking for.

But with a little help—from Linton’s Enchanted Gardens—work is moving right along for our 16 Curb Appeal Winners. Recently our winners got a sneak peek at some of the plants selected for their historic home in Elkhart.

Mark Linton invited Beth and Brian Housand for a tour of Linton's garden center.

There they learned about the plants that were selected for their front yard.

“When we're working with a professional, I think its best to let them do what they do,” Brian said. “Tell us what to do. And ultimately that’s what’s going to make it look the best is to go with his recommendation.”

Linton chose plants with a variety of blooming seasons, and will even use 100-year-old bricks in the landscaping to complement the historic nature of the home.
