Eating dark chocolate for a healthy heart

Chocolate lovers can really take heart to this new research study.

Eating dark chocolate may be better for your heart health than eating blueberries or broccoli.

New research favors the benefits of dark chocolate over some fruits and veggies.

The research shows dark chocolate lowers blood pressure as much as moderate exercise, which reduces the risk for heart disease by 20 percent over five years.

The key is cocoa. The chocolate label should say at least “70 percent cocoa” to get you the most benefits.
