Friends and relatives of Princess Diana marked the tenth anniversary of her death in a private ceremony in London today.
The invitation-only ceremony was organized by the princess’ sons, Princes William and Harry.
Their father, Prince Charles, attended, but his wife Camilla decided to stay home.
More than 110 representatives of charities and other organizations that Diana supported were also there.
Speaking at the service, Prince Harry said ten years after her death, what is important is how his mother is remembered.
“We both think of her every day. We speak about her and laugh together with all the memories. Put simply, she made us and so many other people happy, may this be the way she is remembered,” said Prince Harry.
Princess Diana was killed ten years ago today in a car crash in Paris.
