Ford to cut more than 2,000 salaried jobs

Ford employees are once again facing major job cuts.

The auto giant announced Wednesday that more than 2,000 jobs will be eliminated.

And this time, it involves white collar salaried jobs.

Ford says high gas prices and slumping sales are to blame.

The layoffs are expected to begin late summer, and the company's CEO says buyouts are not part of the game plan.
