South Korea says North Korea's latest missile launches appear to be a part of routine training.
The North reportedly launched the short-range missiles early Friday. There was immediate speculation the North fired the missiles because it's angry over the new South Korean government's tougher stance toward its communist neighbor.
The launches also came as the North issued a stern rebuke to Washington over an impasse at nuclear disarmament talks. North Korea warns that the Americans' attitude could "gravely" affect the continuing disabling of Pyongyang's atomic facilities.
