Two brothers suspected in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway are expected to appear before a judge in Aruba today.

Satish and Deepak Kalpoe have been held since Wednesday, when prosecutors announced they had new evidence. A third suspect, Joran van der Sloot, is expected to arrive in the Dutch Caribbean island from the Netherlands later today.

The judge will consider whether prosecutors have enough evidence to justify holding them for another eight days while the investigation continues.

Holloway was last seen leaving a bar with the three on May 30th, 2005. The Alabama native was 18 at the time. She had flown to Aruba with classmates to celebrate their high school graduation. Searchers have found no trace of her.

All three men were previously held as suspects in the case but released for lack of evidence. An attorney for the Kalpoe brothers calls the arrests "an action of despair."
