Authorities say removal of headless ram not their responsibility

Updated: 05/13/2013 - Trudy and Mike Diller found the dead ram in a ditch near their Clyde Township home on Jan. 30. The next day, they discovered someone had cut off its head. The Dillers called the sheriff's department to ask that it be disposed. Officials told them to call the county road commission, only to find out it couldn't help either.
