WESTLAND, Mich. Police say a Detroit-area woman intentionally crashed her car into another vehicle, causing the death of the other driver.

Ponya Lee of Westland is charged with second-degree murder. Westland police Lt. Todd Adams tells the Detroit Free Press that Lee was arguing with a friend on her phone Monday and said she was going to crash her car.

The victim was identified as 55-year-old Patricia Nwaneri of Ypsilanti.

Lee is being held in jail without bond. It wasn't immediately known if she has an attorney.

She's also charged with assault for an incident at her apartment. Lee is accused of using a sword to attack two people.
