The state of Michigan is honoring veterans by making it easier for them to access veteran benefits and services.
Reporting partners at WSJM say veterans will soon have the option to put a special designation on their drivers' licenses, instead of having to carry around papers to prove they've served their country.
It's just one of a range of plans Secretary of State Ruth Johnson announced to better connect veterans with resources.
