Authorities say a thief stole a tanker trailer loaded with $8,000 worth of cooking oil from a business in southeast Michigan.
AnnArbor.com reports Tuesday that police believe the theft happened sometime in the last few days Washtenaw County's Ypsilanti Township.
The 42-foot trailer itself is worth $20,000, but cooking oil has become a target itself for thieves. The sheriff's department is seeking tips in the theft.
