St. Joseph works out contract with new city manager

ST. JOSEPH, MICH. The city of St. Joseph is one step closer to having a full-time city manager again.

WSJM reports that the city commission has approved a contract with Richard Lewis, provided he passes a background check.

He would make $125,000 a year under the contract.

The background check should be done by the end of the week, and Lewis is set to start the job on July 1st.
