It has been nearly five years since Robert Judd became Mayor of St. Joseph, and now he says he will not be running for re-election.
According to WSJM, at a recent dinner Judd announced to his fellow commissioners that he wanted to spend more time with his family.
He has served as a St. Joseph Commissioner since 1997, and was elected Mayor back in 2007.
