For the second time in just a few weeks, a Berrien County Sheriff's Department employee has been busted for drunk driving.
WSJM reports that a retired sergeant, who's now employed part time, was arrested early Saturday morning. He was driving with a B.A.C. of at least .21; that's nearly three times the legal limit.
His name will not be released until his arraignment next week.
This comes just a few weeks after Berrien County Sheriff's Deputy Esther Harden was arrested for drunk driving and leaving the scene of a crash in St. Joseph.
