A decades-old restaurant in New Buffalo has been served with a notice of seizure, all over $150 dollars in delinquent taxes.
Reporting partners at WSJM say Casey's Bar and Grill closed in December, and they still owe personal property back taxes.
The notice of seizure means nothing can be removed from the property.
The building owner says he hopes the restaurant will be back in business before the summer tourist season.
