Organizers say Sheryl Crow and The Raconteurs will headline MI Fest (my fest), a music festival being held at a Michigan race track this September.
Farmington Hills-based TGIF Entertainment Group said Wednesday other artists set to appear on MI Fest's two stages include Mitch
Ryder, The Romantics, The Howling Diablos and Mark Farner, who
formerly played in Grand Funk Railroad.
MI Fest will take place September 17 at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, about 70 miles west of Detroit.
It's envisioned as an annual event.
Crow is no stranger to Michigan, having collaborated over the years with Detroit-area resident Kid Rock, and the four members of The Raconteurs, including singers Jack White and Brendan Benson, have ties to the Motor City.
