Police say a 17-year-old boy was killed and three other people were injured in a rollover crash along Interstate 94 in Washtenaw County.
AnnArbor.com reports that Jeremy Newsome of Jackson was a passenger in the vehicle, which crashed Tuesday night while trying to pass another vehicle.
State police say he and the 23-year-old driver were thrown from the vehicle. They say Jessica Hafner of Ypsilanti was critically injured.
Twenty-eight-year-old passenger Samuel Cannon of Ypsilanti man and 1-year-old Darwin Hafner also were injured.
The crash happened near Chelsea, about 45 miles west of Detroit.
Police say the injuries to Cannon and the baby weren't life-threatening.
