BENTON HARBOR The family of a teen who was found dead in the snow on January 1st is asking city commissioners to help them find answers.

Benton Harbor Police don't suspect foul play in the death of 18-year-old Karrington Penny-Morrow, but his family is suspicious about an adult woman who reportedly gave him alcohol earlier in the night. The Berrien County prosecutor says if that woman is charged with anything, it would be a misdemeanor.

According to The Herald Palladium, the family claims the investigating officer covered up her involvement in the teen's death because of a personal relationship.
