Several people were hurt during a crash Saturday afternoon in Berrien County.

The crash happened near the intersection of Park Road and Meadowbrook Road in Bainbridge Township around 12:25 p.m.

Police say a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Rachel Tabbey of Stevensville collided with a van driven by 33-year-old Rocio Sandoval of Hartford.

Police say Tabbey had the right-of-way.

The vehicles hit each other, and the van rolled over. At least two passengers were ejected from the van.

Eight people were inside the van, including four children.

Ambulances were called to the scene. First responders also flew some victims who were in critical condition to Kalamazoo and South Bend for their injuries.

The accident is under investigation.
