Michigan man sentenced for selling guns without license

A two-and-a-half month federal undercover investigation is over, and the suspect already sentenced.

David Rainey, 66, will spend a year in home confinement, and two years on supervised release in Van Buren County, Michigan.

Rainey is accused of selling guns and ammo without a license.

It is a felony crime, which means Rainey will no longer be allowed to own firearms.

Rainey pleaded guilty to the crime.
