A northern Michigan man who escaped while being transported to court has been captured after a week on the run.
TV station WEYI (http://bit.ly/KWxUMn ) says Everett Robinson was captured Monday. Michigan State Police plan to say more at a news conference.
Police say Robinson was being transported to Arenac County court from a jail when he grabbed a deputy's car and took control of the car. The car was eventually abandoned.
Robinson was a suspect in a home invasion.
