A man who threw a fit with a baseball bat in hand has pleaded guilty to felony charges of assault and fleeing police.

As part of a plea agreement, Brock Thompson, 23, will not face charges of assault with intent to murder.

That is according to reporting partners at The Herald Palladium.

Thompson was arrested after he was caught smashing car windows in Three Oaks with a baseball bat.

He also hurt three people, before hopping in a car.

The police chase ended when Thompson wrecked the car.
