A 31-year-old Detroit man is scheduled for arraignment Thursday afternoon in a shooting that followed an argument on a Detroit River cruise boat.
Michael Thomas is charged with felonious assault and assault and battery.
Thomas' wife Latoiya Mitchell-Thomas already has been arraigned on assault with intent to murder and other charges.
The Wayne County prosecutor's office says the couple had a fight with a woman aboard the Detroit Princess on Aug. 6. Authorities say Mitchell-Thomas fired into a crowd from a car when everyone had returned to shore.
LaDon Richard is charged with attempted murder on accusations she shot Michael Thomas after the initial shots were fired.
