Detroit police say they're investigating a pre-dawn drive-by shooting that killed one man and seriously injured two others.

Sgt. Eren Stephens says the shooting happened about 3 a.m. Sunday on the city's east side.

Stephens says three men were sitting in a parked car when another vehicle drove by and one or more people inside fired at them.

Stephens says the shots killed a 33-year-old man. She says a 26-year-old and an 18-year-old were seriously injured.

So far, Stephens say no one has been arrested and the investigation continues.
