A man who was convicted in several assault and burglary incidents last year is now heading to jail for violating the terms of his probation.

28-year-old Jonathan Stefanovic and his brother confessed to trying to stab a pizza delivery man on the Andrews University campus last year, as well as stealing a vehicle from Premier Tool and Die and breaking into several stores.

The Herald Palladium reports that Stefanovic has been sentenced to 330 days in jail for skipping curfew and having beer in his possession.

He's being credited 207 days for time already served.
