A Cass County man is facing sex charges after police found him with a 15-year-old New York state girl who met him online.
45-year-old Dean Young was arraigned Friday on multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct, possession of child pornography and using a computer for the solicitation of a minor.
He's originally from Tucson, but had recently moved to southwest Michigan where he'd been living with a friend.
The girl was found unharmed around 11:00 Thursday night at a home in the 71000 block of Spencer Drive in Union.
Cass County police were tipped off by the FBI that the teen had run away from her home in Monroe, New York, and was possibly en route to union to meet him.
Young is currently being held in the Cass County jail on $75,000 dollars bond.
The girl was turned over to her parents.
