Bomb threat investigation closes St. Joseph Martin's store for hours

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- A Martin’s Supermarket in St. Joseph, Michigan, was back open Wednesday evening after a bomb scare investigation.

Firefighters were seen blocking off the parking lot in the 2100 block of Cleveland Avenue around 5 p.m.

Police brought in a K9 unit to sniff the area, according to our reporting partners at WSJM.

The store was reopened around 8:45 p.m.

No word from officials on what led to the threat.
