BENTON HARBOR, Mich. Benton Harbor is asking the FBI, state police, and attorney general to investigate the case of a teen found dead in the snow.

Karrington Penny-Morrow, 18, was found unresponsive in the 400 block of East Empire in Benton Harbor on January 1.

There were visible injuries but toxicology results showed high levels of alcohol and drugs in his system.

The city commission says there are still too many unanswered questions.

Penny-morrow's family was told differing stories about what happened that night at a party where alcohol may have been served to minors.

According to our reporting partners at the Herald Palladium, the teen's mother cites reports that someone slipped something into his drink.
