Michigan voters weigh-in on controversial marijuana proposal

In Michigan today, there’s a very controversial proposal on the ballot.

Voters could make their state the first in the Midwest to legalize marijuana for medical purposes.

If Proposal One is approved, doctors would be able to register their patients. They could then get an identification card to grow the drug.

Coalitions have been formed both for and against Proposal One, but a recent poll shows an overwhelming number of voters support the measure.
