GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Grand Rapids police say two teenagers were shot and one was killed in a drug-related confrontation.
MLive.com says 18-year-old Carlos James-Martinez was shot several times and died about 1:25 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot behind a store.
Police say a 15-year-old boy was shot in the hip and ran for help to a nearby house.
Police say witnesses told them the two teens were part of a group that was hanging out at the store when two people approached and asked about buying marijuana.
The witnesses say that members of the group told the two people they didn't have any marijuana and began walking away when the two opened fire.
Police say no one was immediately arrested.
