Berrien County’s Casino Revenue Sharing Board is still two thirds the board it's supposed to be.
One board member, representing the New Buffalo schools, recently resigned.
The incident followed a dispute over plans to distribute cash from the Four Winds Casino to local governments. That left two remaining members.
Last month, the Board president asked for applications from other interested parties.
Only one interested party--Chikaming Township--responded.
The deadline for additional applications has now been extended to May 27th.
