A police homicide file on slain stripper Tamara Greene has been turned over to a federal judge.
Documents filed Thursday in U.S. District Court show that lawyers representing Detroit Police Chief Ella Bully-Cummings complied with Judge Gerald Rosen's April 15 order to produce the file.
Greene was shot to death in 2003. She is rumored to have danced months earlier at an unsubstantiated wild party at the mayor's official residence.
A civil suit filed on behalf of Greene's 15-year-old son claims Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, former Chief of Staff Christine Beatty, Bully-Cummings and other officials interfered in her murder investigation.
Bully-Cummings' attorney Kenneth Lewis declined Thursday to comment on the delivery of the homicide file.
