A man ordered to scrub 100 toilets four years ago is accused of threatening the judge who sentenced him to the task.

Jonathan F. Naessens was arraigned Wednesday on charges of unlawful posting of messages with aggravated circumstances and possessing a firearm as a felon.

The 28-year-old was held on $100,000 bond. A pretrial conference was set for Feb. 1, and he was to be assigned a public defender.

The Saginaw News reports that an Idaho man called the FBI after being asked to post a message about killing Circuit Court Judge Fred L. Borchard.

Borchard sentenced Naessens in 2004 to scrub jail toilets after he pleaded guilty to stealing a firearm from a home.

Authorities say feces also was found on the floor of that home.
