For the second time this year a bond proposal has been voted down in Cass County.
63% of voters voted against a $31million dollar bond for Cassopolis Public Schools.
The bond would have paid for renovations at the high school and built a new K through 8th grade building.
Back in May, voters turned down a similar bond proposal.
It’s been 13 years since the district passed a bond.
