DNA could free man who spent decades in prison for 1984 murder

Posted: 01/28/2008 - David Scott, is scheduled to appear in Vigo County Superior Court tomorrow for a release hearing at which prosecutors will present DNA evidence they say clears him of the 1984 killing of 89-year-old Loretta Keith. Scott was a 17-year-old special education student when convicted of the crime.
