South Bend, Ind. Downtown South Bend is constantly buzzing with events, especially in the spring and summer months.

With warmer weather, now is a good time to get out of your house and go for a walk. A wine walk that is.

Wednesday night is the first Wine Walk of the 2014 season. 11 different restaurants are participating this year. If you want to join the fun all you have to do is go to one of the 11 restaurants to get a wristband. Each wristband costs $40.

After you get a wristband you can go to any of the 11 restaurants and enjoy three different types of wine and three different types of appetizers.

10 of the $40 go to a charity each month. This month that money will go to Youth Service Bureau in St. Joseph County.

The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday night. For more information on all of the restaurants involved and benefitting charities go to the DTSB website.
